The cab features on the 444 G-Tier were designed to provide different levels of comfort to operators depending on the machine application. The setup ensures that operation of the machine is straightforward with easy to access machine settings and features.

• Similar to other G-Tier loaders, all controls hydraulics, sealed switch module (SSM), monitor, machine) are conveniently located on the right side of the machine.  Overall, there are less buttons and switches compared to P-Tier machines, meaning only features truly necessary in running the loader are included.
• Open floor storage on the left side of the seat gives operators room to place lunch boxes or personal items out of the way of foot pedals and controls
• The 5 in. machine monitor is adjustable and comes with built-in ability to view diagnostic trouble codes and other vital machine information.  Similar in menu structure to other Deere loaders, operators will have no issues at all navigating where they need to go.  While the machine is in reverse, the monitor doubles as the screen for the rear-view camera.
• To keep operators more comfortable throughout the day, optional air-ride suspension seat that can be adjusted based on operator preference can be added along with Ride Control that cushions the boom movement to enhance the overall ride and reduce material spillage.

444 G-Tier Wheel Loader

The 444 G-Tier wheel loader was designed to provide an economical solution to the market, without having to sacrifice on the known productivity that John Deere loaders are known for

• The 444 G-Tier loader, while more economically priced, has similar productivity to a comparably built 444 P-Tier loader and similar to better productivity than other key competitors within it’s size class
• Optional High-Lift linkage enables the machine to perform in a wider variety of applications, especially those requiring additional reach but not needing a larger loader
• In-cab adjustable boom-height kickout, return to carry, and return to dig can be easily activated from the convenient sealed switch module (SSM), speeding production in repetitive applications
• Optional Debris Package that includes Centrifugal Air Pre-cleaner and Auto Reversing Fan helps ensure that cleaner air is entering the engine and that the machine can clear itself of debris out of the cooling package more efficiently. Transmission and Bottom Guards also can be added to keep debris from getting into the frame

The 444 G-Tier is backed by John Deere’s world class dealer network that provides warranty support, maintenance, and has the parts on the shelf needed to allow maximum uptime. Attributes related to servicing and supporting the 444 G-Tier are no different than those experienced today on all other models of John Deere equipment.

• All daily service points including fuel are conveniently grouped on the left side of the machine at ground level for easy access
• Easy to view transmission and hydraulic sight gauges
• Hinged doors provide wide-open access to the engine, the cooling system, and other components
• 5 in. (127mm) liquid-crystal display (LCD) multifunction color monitor displays detailed diagnostic trouble code descriptions, sensor values, and circuit testing for troubleshooting
• John Deere Connected Support, JDLink™, Service Advisor Remote, and Expert Alerts enable sharing of real time machine data and alerts. Fleet managers and dealers can view codes and data remotely before dispatching a technician to a jobsite, increasing uptime and lowering costs

The 444 G-Tier was designed with jobsite versatility in mind.  Various available factory options help ensure that the machine is equipped with the right features to tackle a range of applications

• Choose between pin-on bucket options as well as Hi-Vis/ISO and JRB style couplers that accept both K and L-Series and Performance Tiering buckets and attachments.  If buckets or couplers are already owned, the machine can be built pin on bucket or coupler ready
• Optional Third-Function hydraulics allow additional attachments to be equipped on the machine like snow blades, grapples, or side dump buckets
• Similar to the 444 P-Tier both 17.5 and 20.5 tire options will be available on the 444 G-Tier to better suit customers unique applications.  Additionally, snow tires can also be included with the machine for better traction on snow and ice
• Additional options like the Cold Weather, Debris, and Auxiliary packages enable additional options to be fitted on machines to better enable top performance of the loader

444 G-Tier Loader

Built on over 50 years of experience producing and supporting wheel loaders, the 444 G-Tier features a high commonality of components found in other Deere loaders that are designed and tested to meet John Deere Standards including the engine, transmission, and axles.

• Under the hood of the 444 G-Tier lies the same tried-and-true John Deere 4.5L engine; the same one that powers the 444 P-Tier.

• The 444 G-Tier also features ZF axles and transmission, just like the 444 P-Tier loader. Additionally, it comes equipped with limited slip differentials and an updated Level 1 transmission.

• The 444 G-Tier leverages the existing designs of the reliable K-Series linkage and frames helping ensure machine longevity. Additionally, the same pilot controlled hydraulic system is utilized as well enabling an easy transition for operators that are used to running K-Series machines.
