Career Path Advancement Process
- Eligible for advancement once a year at annual review
- Annual review completed on hiring anniversary date
- Complete the performance appraisal with Service/General Manager
- Review progress/achievement on annual development goals
- Technician must meet current level service performance goals for the previous 12 months to be eligible for advancement

Compensation - Advancement Bonus
Once the Service Department is profitable, a service performance bonus is awarded when a tech achieves his/her service performance goal for an entire calendar quarter.
