Dobbs Positioning Solutions Awarded New Topcon Territory in Georgia and South Carolina

Dear Valued Customers,
We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Topcon territory to Georgia and South Carolina. This will add to our capability of supporting our customers across the Southeast and that is the primary reason we are excited to move forward with Topcon and this expansion. We now have almost 30 locations across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama to support our customers. To manage our growth and new territory, we have redesigned our technology role within Dobbs Positioning Solutions. The Technology Support Advisor (TSA) will work in direct support of our stores and manage our technology business on a local level. As technology use expands and users are in more segments of our business, we need the additional personnel at the local level to ensure our customers get the support they need. Additionally, customers and TSA’s are supported by a centralized support center that utilizes Topcon Sitelink & Remote Support assist customers anywhere.
In addition, we look forward to showing our customers in Georgia our newly remodeled Dobbs Positioning Solutions storefront and training center in our Atlanta store in January of 2024. This 1800 sq ft state-of-the-art dedicated space for training and supporting our customers. Coupled with our new machine demonstration and training site just steps from our front door, we will be able to accommodate multiple types of training for all our machine technology platforms.
